Practice Description: My practice is 100% PT owned. A special feature of our practice is that all PTs are certified in dry needling. All treatments are 1:1. In addition to typical orthopedic injuries, we specialize in the PT diagnosis and management of persons with chronic pain, Ehlers Danlos, Chiari Malformation, CRPS, myofascial pain & fibromyalgia, whiplash-associated disorders, performing arts PT (musicians), craniomandibular pain and dysfunction, and men's health physical therapy.

Dr. Jan Dommerholt, PT, DPT, (former) DAIPM has specialized in the physical therapy diagnosis & treatment of persons with chronic pain, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, TMD/craniomandibular pain & dysfunction, whiplash. He is also a specialist in the treatment of musicians. Also, he has introduced dry needling to the USA by teaching the first DN course in the US.
