Practice Description: Concentra is an outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Urbandale and East Des Moines, IA. We see all types of injuries, and use a therapeutic exercise and manual therapy approach to help achieve independence in your daily lives so that you can return to activities quickly. We are open M-F 8-5. Nearly all local and national plans are accepted.
