Payment Info: Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, NJ Personal Injury Protection (MVA), Medicare, and Workers’ Compensation. In addition, we will gladly submit to all insurance companies for payment of services but it is important for patients to be aware of their individual policy limitations. We will be creative in devising treatment plans and frequency of care that will fit your budgetary constraints but we will not jeopardize your recovery based on limitations of your particular insurance plan

Jessica Deak, PT, DPT
Jessica graduated from Rutgers University School of Health Professions Doctor of Physical Therapy program in May 2016. She has experience in both acute care and skilled nursing facilities, but found her true passion in outpatient orthopedic PT after having rotations at St. Peter's Sports Medicine Inst. and her current career location at db Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Jessica executes skilled, patient-centered, individualized care to each of her patients. She also has a personal practice in yogaProfessional Education
