DeJuan J. Daniel, PT, DPT

Dr. DeJuan J. Daniel, PT, DPT is a native of Arkansas where he currently resides. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University. In the 2001–2002 and 2002–2003 academic years, DeJuan earned the honor of “Most Professional Physical Therapy Student” by his faculty and peers. He most proudly represented the ASU Department of Physical Therapy as its “Distinguished Alumni Award” recipient in 2009 and currently serves as a member of the DPT Alumni Advisory Board. Following several years of extensive manual musculoskeletal physical therapy training at the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy and University of Southern California, DeJuan earned his Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Management degree from Evidence in Motion in San Antonio, TX. DeJuan is currently Rehabilitation Manager of four CHI St. Vincent Rehabilitation Departments in Central Arkansas and brings 19 years of clinical experience and 17 years of administrative experience to his role. Along with his administrative duties, DeJuan sees patients at St. Vincent Infirmary Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Little Rock, AR. He also keeps his critical care skills current by providing acute care cardiopulmonary physical therapy through weekend coverage at Arkansas Heart Hospital, also in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Daniel is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the National Association of Black Physical Therapists, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. DeJuan’s passions are Family, Fitness, and Faith. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife Devin and their two-and-a half-year-old daughter Rowan. He enjoys any type of physical training, reading, and work that involves assisting the underserved and underrepresented.
