Practice Description: David's practice focuses on empowering people to successfully manage their own recovery. He has a strong belief that not everyone is appropriate for the standard 1 hour/day, 3x/week treatment model. His goal is to teach the patient enough about what is causing their current dysfunction so they may either manage, or fix the problem at the source. David Albert Cox, PT, DPT

David has experience and expertise in treating the majority of musculoskeletal injuries and post- surgical recovery including the spine, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and wrist. David’s main area of focus has been in maximizing recovery from neurological injury and diseases and managing symptoms of chronic and debilitating neurodegenerative disease. David is a Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy (NCS).

Professional Education

David completed his Bachelor of Science at Idaho State University in Integrative Organismal Biology and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
