John Gregory Clayton, PT, DPT

I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana University School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2012. After graduating, I started my career with Indiana University Health and worked as an inpatient Physical Therapist at Methodist Hospital for 18 months then transitioned to the Outpatient Orthopaedics team, where I continued to work until Summer of 2018 when our family decided to return to my wife's home state of Colorado, when I started with Peak Form Physical Therapy.

Additional Interests

I enjoy being active as an integral part of my life, and spend time strength training, running, downhill skiing in the winter months, and hiking in the spring, summer and fall when able.
