Dr. Cantave provides outpatient and home health physical therapy, wellness and fitness services in the Chicagoland area. She is a certified exercise physiologist through ACSM. Michelle has also earned a Certificate of Advanced Competency in Home Health from the APTA. Her approach to clinical practice is to provide personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, functional mobility and patient education.
