Practice Description: In practice since 1982, the last 20 years have been focused on helping individuals with chronic musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction (including non-specific low back pain), who had not responded to prior conservative care as well as surgery, injections, and strong pain medication. The most lasting solutions are individualized movement solutions; exercises that are prioritized and organized. I have used this patient-centered approach in person and by telehealth.
