Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Therapy from Oregon State University in 2000. Justin received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2004 After graduate school, Justin attended the Kaiser Permanente Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in Hayward, California.
