Hi, I’m Dr. Emily Caldwell (She/Her). I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2010 and now call Portland, OR home. I founded Evergreen Pelvic to offer compassionate, personalized care for pelvic floor dysfunction, a field I’m deeply passionate about. I am orthopaedic residency trained, certified in Pelvic Rehabilitation, and deeply dedicated to helping you achieve lasting relief and improved wellness. I treat all genders and types of pelvic floor dysfunction.
