Practice Description: Carrie is current president of a non-profit, Empower Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), which provides a 2-week residential rehabilitation program to individuals with SCIs each summer since 2012. Carrie specializes in seating and wheeled mobility, earning her Assistive Technology Professional Certification in 2015. She has a passion for teaching wheelchair skills, and has led Empower SCI in teaching these skills at Abilities Expos and through day courses for in the Long Island and Boston communities.
