Practice Description: The practice is located in Gwinnett County, in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. We have a certified hand therapist on staff. Pamela Buttram, PT, DPT is also a Functional Capacity Evaluator. Functional Improvements is a small, hands-on practice accepting many insurances including, but not limited to, Medicare, Tricare, BCBS, UHC, and Aetna.
