Practice Description: Current practice is serving as a professor in The University of Texas at El Paso's Doctoral Physical Therapy Program. I serve as primary instructor for 3 semesters of musculoskeletal eval, ddx, and interventions and for Physical Therapy Capstone courses. I serve as assistant instructor in Test & Measures and Kinesiology. I am lead on the integration of cross-curricular clinical reasoning. I am a member of the DPT Curriculum Development committee and Marketing committee.

Bryan Leo Boyea, PT, DPT
Dr. Boyea is an Assistant Clinical Professor in The UTEP DPT program instructing musculoskeletal content and clinical reasoning. He previously served as a U.S. Army physical therapist in an advanced practice setting for over 26 years. Specialized training includes dry needling, Pose Method® Running Coach, and SFMA. He is an active member of the APTA, TPTA and volunteers with the American Red Cross, LIMBS International, National Ski Patrol, and serves on the EPCC PTA Program Advisory Board.Professional Education
