Jill Binkley is Program Director and Founder of TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, a non-profit 501(c)3 healthcare organization. Jill has extensive experience as a clinician and educator in the fields of breast cancer rehabilitation and outcome measurement. She has over 25 peer-reviewed publications, presents locally and internationally and serves on the Editorial Board of Rehabilitation Oncology. As a breast cancer survivor, Jill is a passionate advocate for the role of rehabilitation and exercise in improving the quality of life of breast cancer survivors.
