Practice Description: I work at OSF HealthCare, a traditional hospital-based outpatient clinic with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, ST, social work) and a team of orthopedic PT specialists, and recently started Breaking Barriers Physical Therapy and Adaptive Performance, a community-based PT practice (fee for service, no insurance). I treat across the lifespan in neuro rehabilitation (CVA, SCI, CP, etc.) and have found a niche in bridging the gap between clinic and community with people with physical disabilities.
