Practice Description: Don’s practice focus is to assist his patients to achieve their goals of decreasing pain, increasing function and performance. His patients present with a wide variety of orthopedic, sports related, pain, post-surgical, trauma, chronic and acute conditions. Manual therapy, exercise, patient education and ergonomic assessment are primarily utilized as treatment. Mindfulness, visualization and focus techniques help people gain control over pain and accelerate rehab by decreasing fear and doubt.

Don E. Berlyn, PT

Graduated from the NAU PT program in 1986. He has worked in Tucson, Durango CO and Aztec NM then Flagstaff in 1989. He owned the clinic at the Flagstaff Athletic Club from 1992-2015 . Is a Zero Has been a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, an APTA Ortho Cert. Specialist, a Manual Therapist Cert. He practices Zero Balancing and Hypnotherapy. Prior to PT worked many years with folks with mental, sensory and/or physical disabilities in many settings
