Practice Description: Back in Action Physical Therapy is located in front of the South Gate of Ocean Pines, across the street from the Azar Eye Institute. Our practice treats a wide variety of conditions from neck pain to back pain to vertigo. The practice is mainly orthopedic based manual physical therapists, a hands on one on one treatment approach.
