Practice Description: CentraCare Health Plaza is a satellite clinic for the St. Cloud Hospital - offering comprehensive physical therapy services to children of all ages with a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to: torticollis and plagiocephaly, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, developmental delay, autism and more. We are also in the process of a major expansion including a warm water therapy pool with underwater treadmill.
