Practice Description: Southwest Rehab and Fitness is located within Southwest Medical Center. We provide therapy for outpatients, inpatients, home health care, wound care, and aquatic needs. I am also able to measure for Jobst stockings. We are able to issue assistive devices and orthopedic braces. We use the community college pool for aquatic therapy. The hospital accepts most types of insurance (Medicare, Kansas Medicaid, commercial insurance) and those without insurance.
