Practice Description: Mobile Physical Therapy provides out patient physical therapy services to clients in their homes, adult day programs, independent and assisted living facilities. We are also providers of the Senior Fitness Test, home mobility/safety evaluations, and consultation services. Mobile Physical Therapy accepts private pay, Medicare (Part B), as well as other private insurances.
